See, I told you placeholder release dates from retailers aren't always official. Despite the previous news of Gamestop listing Monster Hunter Freedom Unite with an August release, the game is now revealed to be coming in sooner!
Yes, from a GDC hands-on preview of the game from Gamespot, we now hear that Capcom's game is scheduled for a release in June! That's great news for everyone - old or new fans of the series alike.
Meanwhile, new screenshots are here as well. Giant enemy craaaab (ish)!

some daimyo hermitaur and shogun cenataur and congalala (normal or green? i'm color blind)... according to the maps in the pictures it'll be the same as mhp2ndg...mix of old and new ones..at least add some new armors/ armor skills, felyne skills
