GameFly charts topped by Shadowrun as of June 1 |
Ó
Over at the U.S. side, the rental charts at GameFly eyes FASA Studios' Shadowrun for the Xbox 360 and the PC, which climbed a fair share of spots on either platform to become the most requested game on GameFly. Forza Motorsport 2, published by Microsoft, took the second top spot across the charts, with Codemaster's DiRT revving up Forza's tailpipe for a solid seat at third.
Nintendo's Mario Party 8, pegged by GameFly as last week's most request title, now slipped five spots down to number six in the overall charts. The top title at the Xbox 360 charts is Shadowrun, while Take Two's Darkness tops the PlayStation 3 wish-list. Mario Party 8 celebrates on top of the Wii charts, while Nintendo's Pokemon Diamond keeps its chances for the number one spot rock-hard. Apparently, size actually does matter for unlikely duo Ratchet and Clank as Sony's Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters get big on the PSP charts.
The list of the top five titles for each platform are as follows:

1. Shadowrun (Microsoft)
2. Forza Motorsport 2 (Microsoft)
3. DiRT (Codemasters)

where's the Shadowrun Demo??? - i thought it was supposed to come out yesterday [6th June]
It's supposed to be out sometime today.
Demos out tomorrow. It was delayed.
This is one of the best online shooter games I've played in a long time. It almost captures the old feel of Goldeneye, its that fun!!
It feels like Goldeneye meets Lost Planet meets Diablo II. It also has some Perfect Dark Zero elements like having to purchase your weapons just before a match starts, but thats really the only comparison PDZ wise.
The game is extremely balanced, there is a counter spell or weapon to every other spell or weapon. And there are so many different set ups character wise that you will never play the same match twice. I highly recommend this game to anyone who is a fan of FPS! AAA game!!
Anyone remember the original of this which was in an isometric view? It came out way back in 94 and impressed the hell out of those who picked it up.
Well with such gray area stuff these days I imagine you could dig up the game and find a way to play it if you don't want to plunk down around $400 for the system+game+tax . Won't be totally the same but I imagine fairly close if it sticks to the story right.
