When E3 comes, the Game Critics Awards is sure to follow. 36 judges have given their verdict, and the winners have surfaced. On top of the list is Rock Band (Xbox 360, PS3), which was branded "Best of the Show."Activision may have taken a lead over Electronic Arts as the biggest third-party publisher in the industry, but EA's huge staple of games placed the giant company on top. EA won six awards, followed by Microsoft that earned three. Sony snatched two victories, while other publishers (2K Games, Activision, Nintendo, Sega, and Sierra) also won something.

- Best Action Game: Call of Duty 4 (Infinity Ward/Activision for PC, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360)
- Best Action/Adventure Game: Bioshock (Irrational Games/2K Games for PC, Xbox 360)
- Best Role Playing Game: Mass Effect (Bioware / Microsoft Games Studio for Xbox 360)
- Best Racing Game: Burnout Paradise (Criterion Games/Electronic Arts for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360)
- Best Sports Game: Madden NFL 08 (Electronic Arts for All Platforms)
- Best Fighting Game: Virtua Fighter 5 (Sega for Xbox 360)
- Best Strategy Game: World in Conflict (Massive Entertainment/Sierra for PC)

ps3 fanboys still make stuff up to save their system's rep.
Look any whwere crysis is only on PC. and if it were coming to consoles it would be 360, due strong relations with microsoft. But that aint happening either.
