Free songs, new details: DJ Max Portable 2 |
Ó
Oh hell yeah! Korea's bringing the dancing goodness even further with some new details and free goodies for its beloved DJ Max Portable fans.
Pentavision's DJ Max Portable 2 is getting ever closer to retail release, so it stands to reason that they'd do something to blow fans away. They didn't disappoint. PSP Vault informs readers that Ruliweb managed to get several sample songs from the game, with some gorgeous complimentary art to boot. They also mentioned how some scans from a Korean magazine offered a heads-up on what importers will probably want to prepare for, including tougher gameplay styles:
- Profile registration
- Leveling system
- New 5-button mode
- Option - Adjust background animation aspect ratio (16:9 / 4:3)
- Option - Button assignment customization
- Option - Difficulty Setting (Easy / Normal / Hard)

DJ Max Portable is my favorite PSP game to date and it is THE reason I bought a PSP in the first place. I can't wait till the sequel comes out.
release date?
oh man i can not wait for this to come out
***** YEAAH, ialready knew about this a long time ago but still, ***** YEAAH
OMFG. I WANT THIS GAME NOW xD!!
so many people don't know about this game -- this is the BEST game meant for a portable system... easy to pick up and damn hard to master. i love lumines to death but as soon as i started playing this game i knew it was just _better_ those who've never tried it - check out the first game, you'll see what i'm talking about. dax's oe-b makes it rather easy to... "import" don't worry about the korean, either, most of the game is in english, with the only korean parts when the message comes up asking "are you sure you want to restart (yes/no)"
Although this game was pretty difficult for me, it was the only game for my PSP that I played more than 5 hours straight.
I heard that there's gonna be like 150 songs in this installment. I really love the kind of music they put it in so I'm hoping they bring back some new remix of old ones like : Oblivion, SIN and Memory of Beach etc.. ^^ wishful thinking!

국산게임 만세!!! ^^; I'm proud of korea. Because This is my country.
when? when? when? when? when? when? when? when? when? when? when? when? when? when? when? when? when? when? when? when? when? when? when? when? when? when? when? when? when? when? when? when? when? ^__^
Although I've never played it, I heard DJ Max Portable was pretty fun.. Personally, I love those kind of games (I downloaded virtually every iteration of PSP Revolution) Since I live in Korea, I'll buy the UMD of the 2nd one! (Finaly a UMD purchase...snicker) 한국게임도 좋다는걸 세계에 증명합시다! (Let's prove to the world that Korean games rock, too!)
As I know, when you play OST mode, you can use remote controller. In Korea, ppl expect it will be released on 23th of this month. (I can play this game just after 2 weeks ^^ and I already pre-ordered that, not-officially) DJMAX1 used illustrations from PC version, so the resolution of those were 4:3, but PANTA drew all illust newly as 16:9 I read these 3 things from korean blogs, so 100% not sure.
Love this game... Anyone knows how to get the OSTs? I have the game and i wan them in my computer... Hopefully someone here knows a way and help me out. Going crazy over DJ Max.
this game is cool!anyone know where to get OblivioN song alone? No pictures...No videos...No slideshow
any idea if this one will have some of the songs from the korean pop stars that the online pc version has always had? or even an option, like the online pc version, to download those tracks for a price?
