As shown on the images above, players will be able to download weapons and costumes based on their respective anime. It's King's Knight armor and Excalibur for Fate/Stay. For Evangelion, you can get Shinji, Rei, or Asuka costumes, plus the Lance of Longinus. You can also get a Hatsune Miku costume complete with an onion rifle. Yes, that's a battle-usable onion rifle, which is a handful of ingredients shy of matching the power of the Pizza Pan weapon.
Phantasy Star Portable 2 will hit retail in Japan on December 3rd, so there's still a lot of time for Sega to lobby for more in-game novelty. Some Ryuk or Rem Death Note costumes wouldn't be so bad - plus a one-hit killing notebook!

Eva? Seriously? I've watched the anime and both movies, and was bored with them. I only kept watching because people said it was so good. I don't see what draws everyone to it so much. Shinji was just too emo the whole time.
So they opted to offer fanservice instead of fixing the flaws on the first one?
I want them to announce that you can now dodge, block, and customize your party's stupid AI before I decide to buy this.
IIRC you're supposed to be able to dodge with melee weapons now.
Partner AI has been pretty much the same since PSO on the Dreamcast. I agree about it needing to be better.
Screw ai party members. Get real friends to play with...
Have fun soloing story mode to get the bonuses then.
PSP2 is already superior to the console versions in every way. The nail that would seal AotI's coffin would be if PSP2 was free to play online.
I know that PSPortable is superior to the console games in some way. But adding a few more features wouldn't hurt, right?
The randomized blocking is terrible IMO.
