Crimson Room Reverse - Image 1

Crimson Room: Reverse is a PSP port of the popular Crimson Room flash game where players have to find their way out of a locked room. Japan already got it last year, and it looks like the US will be getting it as well.

An ESRB listing shows that Agetec is localizing the game for a US release. The game itself doesn't have a lot of text so localization shouldn't take long. It isn't graphically heavy too, so chances are we might be seeing this on the PlayStation Store instead of on retail shelves.

I haven't played the Japanese release yet, but I'm already concerned about how well the original's pixel-hunting gameplay will translate to the analog-equipped PSP. Things got a bit frustrating even with a mouse.

It will probably be a PSN-only title. It better be cheap, it's really short.
