Pipe Mania - Image 1Remember the classic puzzle game PipeMania (also known as Pipe Dream)? Empire Interactive is set on reviving one of the longest-enduring puzzle games to date, on broad yet unspecified variety of platforms.

In case you haven't come across it yet, or weren't born by the time it became popular, PipeMania's main objective is to construct the longest possible pipe, using random pipe pieces during an allotted time. This game appeared in systems as antiquated as the Amiga, Amstrad CPC, Acorn Archimedes, among many others. However, PipeMania proved to be so popular, it became a staple in mobile phones, and also appeared as mini-games in games such as BioShock and Resident Evil 4.

The new version that Empire Interactive is planning to come out with will include new content such as different game modes, characters, and the like, but the game will still be essentially the same game we've known and loved for years. If you're interested for a bit of nostalgia, then grab PipeMania which will come out later this year.
