Valkyria Chronicles - Image 1Sometimes, simple bloopers may get some people terribly heartbroken. Case in point: the showing of the awesome-looking Valkyria Chronicles during Sony's PSP line-up press conference.

Valkyria Chronicles
for the PSP? Awesome! But as it turns out, it was just a big boo-boo from Sony, and the game won't be going to the Sony handheld anytime soon. In fact, there apparently is no obvious word that Sega has any plans of bringing it to the PSP at this point.

Apparently, Sega - Valkyria Chronicle's publisher and developer - wasn't too pleased with what happened during the PSP press conference. When asked about the blunder, Sega's president Simon Jeffery said that Sony will be getting a good dose of talking-to soon as Sega gets hold of them.

Well, that's too bad. Have you seen any of the Valkyria Chronicles trailers yet? It's practically one of the better-looking games that are scheduled to come out, although this is because the video is meant for the PlayStation 3, so we guess that doesn't count. Still, it sure would be a nice addition to the PSP gaming library, don't you agree?

More E3 updates as we get hold of them.

» I knew it was too good to be true...

The video from the conference had graphics too good to be on the PSP... -_- Shame, I would've got it on day one.

» Remote Play!

Maybe they'll make it run via Remote Play so as to not make it a complete fabrication. Of course this would have to be handled by Sega themselves, and I doubt they're willing to cover Sony's tracks. (And Im pretty sure its already out in Japan)
