Dissidia: Final Fantasy guidebook to be released alongside game |

If you're one of the lucky few (aww, paint me green with envy!) to get a Japanese copy of Dissidia: Final Fantasy come launch day, then this might come in handy: V-Jump has announced that they'll be publishing the first Dissidia guidebook on the same day as the game's release in Japan, December 18.The guidebook is called Destiny Hero's Guidebook - it covers items, abilities, and movesets for the characters, as well as the first ten chapters of the game.
Judging from the title and cover, this guide takes you through the ten main hero campaigns, namely the ones for Warrior of Light, Firion, Onion Knight, Cecil, Bartz, Terra, Cloud, Squall, and Zidane. If so, maybe we could also expect another guide, one which focuses on Chaos' army (i.e. the villains).
Of course, all of the guide will be printed in Japanese (barring a few noticeable roman letters, usually in all caps like SQUARE ENIX or PSP or DISSIDIA or... VICTORY or some such) - so if you're considering getting one, make sure you'll be able to use (and understand) it to its full extent. Besides, you did buy a Japanese game, yes?
What the hey. If all else fails, there's button mashing. So why need a guidebook?
Square Enix's Dissidia: Final Fantasy for the PSP is to be released in Japan on December 18.
