Info came from a Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 ad included in the newly-released X-Men Origins: Wolverine, where Deadpool was seen alongside the already confirmed characters for MUA2, such as Spidey and the Hulk. Also worth noting is that he'll be coming in his classic look, and not the X-Men Origins movie look.

having deadpool is good but doesn't make this game great or something...
X-Men Origins: Wolverine is selling well, upping the chances of a Deadpool movie (which they'll PROBABLY butcher, but it's the thought that counts), Raven wants to make a Deadpool game, and now this. Go Deady!
I saw this coming miles and miles away.... ever since... I don't know.... the first M:UA came out!!!
