Ever since Square Enix first revealed that it would be porting the first two Star Ocean RPGs to the PlayStation Portable, there's been no small amount of teasers and eye candy for the highly celebrated series. Today, we were able to spot a bunch of new screenshots for Star Ocean: Second Evolution from the Japanese website Famitsu.
Featured in the screenshots are some of the memorable characters in the game, which include Celine, Ashton, and the stoic master swordsman Dias. Just as Square Enix announced, the game has undergone a graphical facelift as seen from the pretty anime-style character art included in the screenshots.
So far, there's been no announcement when Star Ocean: Second Evolution will come out, but with the amount of updates constantly being churned out we're sure it's only a matter of time before a release date is finally pinned down. In the meantime, enjoy the rest of the screenshots for the game we have below.
