Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max - Image 1A post down at the Capcom Unity blog showed the dates on five more UMD Legacy titles that are supposed to hit the PlayStation Store spread across October and November. Unfortunately, the post has been taken down, so we're not quite sure if the re-releases will hit on the dates specified.

Titles mention in the blog post:
  • October 8: Darkstalkers Chronicle: The Dark Tower
  • October 15: Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max
  • October 22: Capcom Puzzle World
  • October 29: Maverick Hunter X
  • November 5: Megaman Powered Up
Joystiq spoke to Capcom's Chris Kramer about the info, and he did say that "titles are correct and the dates should be fairly accurate." Then again, he also pointed out that they're "hard to pin down digital release dates almost until they happen."

Breath of Fire on the next list, please Capcom?

I hope they price SFAM reasonably - I want that for the Go. I may even pick up Megaman... Nice to see Capcom supporting the store. I've switched from the UK PSN to US full time now, I just can't take any more crap from SCEE.

Yeah it seems th@ most news about SCEE th@ appear on QJ has bad news about it. I think U are making a great decision there, though not exactly sure if ur psp's in Europe can play foreign region games.

But if U wanna try, U should ebay or Amazon a US prepaid PSN card. Th@ would work best.

All I have to do is switch accounts on the PSP and I can play any region. That said, apart from the 4 free games I got from the UK store, I'll stick to the US for my fix now.

Case in point - Prinny on the US store is $9.99. UK store - £31.99 ($51.42)

It's a no-brainer really isn't it!

For anyone else needing US cards, hdmoviesource.com sends you the codes via email, usually within an hour. The NIS sale ends today so I was cutting it really fine, but I got Disgaea and Prinny. Good ol' US of A.

I already own SF Alpha 3 Max, Darkstalkers and Mega Man X - Maverick Hunter. I regret ever paying money for Mega Man Powered Up. Puzzle World apparently has Pang (Buster Bros) which I'd like on my PSP.

Alpha 3 and Darkstalkers were already released July 09. Normal i wouldn't mind because i own the UMd's as well; however, when i got the Go, i wanted to get those games on there as well. To my surprise, they were both taken down a few weeks before the PSP Go's release. And to make it even worse, these games didn't even come out today. Crapcom is screwing with us again !! >:( Come on, how hard is it to repost something that was already in the store in the first place. :(

I already have SFA3. Brilliant game though, definitely the best SF game ever and the 2nd best fighting game (next to Brawl).

Personally I feel SFIV beats even Alpha 3. I don't consider any of the Smash Bros games to even be fighting games... or good games at all. Simplistic crap for nintendo fanboys and dull as heck gameplay. I owned the first one on N64 and it was yet another crappy waste of money for that useless console (only game I didn't regret buying on it was Starfox 64)

Is Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max the same as Street Fighter Alpha 3 from PS1? Also, is the world tournament and stuff still in it?

If any other differences are there, plz note. :)

Wow. You must really hate fun games. Want to talk about it?

Just so you know mentioning fanboys and having such a narrow minded opinion of games negates any potential opinion you might have.
