If you failed to catch it online, then here are the highlights from The 26th Annual Golden Joystick Awards. Hosted by Frankie Boyle, the event handed out honors to the top games of the year. Activision owned as it picked up the Publisher of the Year award, along with four more awards for Call of Duty 4 (PS3, Xbox 360).
Rockstar also got a big piece of the action, winning Developer of the Year, Soundtrack of the Year, and Xbox Game of the Year for Grand Theft Auto 4 (Xbox 360, PlayStation 3).

360's DVD9 drive ruined GTA4.... it should have been a Ps3 Exclusive or atleast made the Ps3 Version Own Up To GTA-SA
Crisis Core Final Fantasy 7 and cod4 was last year and resistance and gears aren't even realised yet
it was a travesty... activision funded the aftershow party, and seemed to have their fingers in all the pies...
Little Big Planet had no mention whatsoever, despite being one of the most anticipated titles this year, (it wasn't even a nominee on "games to watch"...
and the soundtracks awards where a sham!

can you be a bit more technical? How exactly did it ruined GTA4?
The DvD was maxed out on data when the Blu-ray had Plenty more GBs Thus making Gta4 Not live up to Gta-SA in my eyes... so like i said they should of put more time into a Ps3 version
to do when it got released but the most played, voted, or watched of the year... read what the awards are 4...
