Yea, go to psp-hacks.com, click forums, and go to Custom Gameboots.

This has to be one of the all time worst themes ever! The opening boot sound is some dumb voice saying " Parental advisory" something like that. The game is eric cartmen from south park throwing down a head set it might have been at least funny but there's no sound...so it just makes the whole theme that much worse. And why not put it in ThemePSP format so people have the option of flashing to devhook, memory stick flash, or normal PSP flash.
