Uwe Boll + David Jaffe = God of War movie

Spike TV invaded San Diego for the Comic-Con recently, and their footage is finally up. Regular host Geoff Keighley was able to grab a hold of a couple of videogame icons and celebrities, and interview them in this edition of GameHead. Today's video has a quick sit down - actually, they were standing up, rather - with none other than David Jaffe, who was talking about his Eat Sleep Play project (details of which can be found here).

Past the 3:02 mark of the episode though, we have Jaffe pitted against videogame movie director Uwe Boll. We never thought that both names could ever be uttered in the same sentence, much less be inside the same camera frame, but here they are. And if you've got both Jaffe and Boll in the same equation, you can't not ask the question: "Will there be a God of War movie directed by Uwe Boll?"

Jaffe answered this honestly with a resounding "No." Boll, though, had a different response. "Wait until you see Postal, and then you judge." In fact, Boll already even has a rather... fitting actor to play Kratos. Viggo Mortensen. AKA Aragorn. Uhm, right. Watch:

If QJ bloggers would actually take time researching they would have researched about the Postal film trailers and know that Uwe Boll will make a Kratos kameo appearance on the film and there will be more videogame kameos in the movie... Anyways Postal will suck, if you see the trailers it's just as lame as "Team America" when it comes to comedy and as poorly directed as "Pearl Harbor"... Seriously I know this game was kinda good in its own sense but the movie will suck bad so don't even wqste your time seeing it...

House of the Dead STILL haunts my dreams as the single worst movie ever made, how it got a sequel i'll never understand but my god was that movie awful! It even beat out Street Fighter The Movie!

Vigo Mortensen to play Kratos? WTF?!

The guy is a good actor, he did great in Lord of The Rings but he simply does not resemble Kratos in the least bit. It's going to be tough to find someone to fill those big shoes.

Uwe Boll is a joke as a film maker and needs to stay away from GoW!

This "man" is the AntiChrist of "Good Movies" everyware. my first (and by the Gods the LAST) movie I watched by Uwe Boll was Blood Rayne and I gave up halfway through the movie at what I was seeing, I nearly cried at the lost of my hard earned money which could have been used on far better things and just hope it whould finish quickily without sucking anymore than it currently did (i was WRONG), if this bastard ever got his hands on God of War I whould lose any faith I had in Sony AND David Jaffe

Kratos may need to put destroying Mount Olympus on hold and KILL this PERSONIFICATION OF Horrible Directorial Vision masquerading in human flesh before going out with a Bang in his Third game for the PS3

Cause this man is the God Of Bad Movies and NEEDS to be stopped!
