Great news for Star Wars fans waiting for the arrival of Stars Wars Battlefront: Renegade Squadron for the PSP. Not only will you be able to play as part of the legendary space opera wherever you go, you'll also be able to customize your own character, from his abilities to the way he looks. K.C. Coleman, Assistant producer of the highly-anticipated title, explains more about how the customization options work, as well as the game's storyline in this latest video interview.

It seems that instead of being given classes to pick from, players will be able to make their own 'class'. That is, you're given a set amount of points to spend on any number of abilities or weapon proficiencies that you want.

You'll also be able to choose how your character looks, from their body types to their faces. Not bad, considering you won't be playing as a white-faced Stormtrooper or a pretty boy Jedi. No, you're playing as hardened back-alley criminals and villains Han Solo scrounged up after the Battle of Yavin to help with the rebellion.

Star Wars Battlefront: Renegade Squadron is scheduled for a Fall release. While we're all eagerly waiting for it to hit store shelves, why not watch the video and catch some gameplay eye candy?
