If you plan on buying Dissidia: Final Fantasy, better clear your schedule for, like, ever.An interview with the team behind the game says that the game's story is enough to last a player their "entire lifetime." Your typical Final Fantasy game then.
A lifetime is obviously an exaggeration, but the game does sound like it will demand more time than breathing. Each character will have their unique story, giving the story 20 variations, and to understand the plot completely, you'll have to play them all. Only after this will you be able to see the game's "true ending."
If that wasn't enough, the team also says that each story mode can be played multiple times, with each playthrough providing new unlockables and options. Ah, more hours of my life stolen by the FF franchise.

So the lasting appeal is pretty exaggerated, but it will definitely be worth its money.

.
Same with the NFS franchise. When the car is up in the air, the camera angle takes all your focus and it pisses me off. Or when the cops spot you. That`s f*cking bull.

Indeed it is gay. And you have to deal with it... Which is even gayer. Hahaha. At least in NFS you can turn that sh*t off.
