Freshmilk from our forums has sent us word that he and his partner who you can thank for these amazing graphics, psp_bling have updated TTR to version 0.7 today. TTR was originally released back in July as Table Top Rally v0.1, and if you can take the time to look back at this release you Will realise how much effort has been put into this game and how it has evolved from a little Lua game to a full kxploited racing title with amazing graphics.

This version is very stable compared to some past releases (so far it hasn't crashed once!) with all past game modes working perfectly. Version 0.7 includes a new game mode called intersection which you can try out, involvingan  intersection on a motorway with cars are coming in every direction. As Freshmilk said, Its the same idea, with a new twist. Your job is to dodge all the oncoming cars whilst being aware of where the others are. If you can get a beta within a full release, this is what the Intersection mode would be as it currently only supports one car.

Here's a rundown of what new features you'll find in TTR v0.7:
  • Intersection Game Mode
  • Intersection Highscore (Seperate from rally)
  • Better Screenshot System
  • New graphics, again thanks to PSP_bling
  • New look eboot, thanks to PSP_bling
  • Terrain Selection Bug Fixed
  • Faster Loading times
  • Lots of bug fixes
Be warned though - the intersection mode is very difficult! Whats more, this game has been compiled into a Kxploited Eboot so Lua Player is not required.

UPDATE: The download link has been fixed. We are very sorry for the inconvenience but due to our technical difficulties, the download link didn't work for some time. Thanks to everyone that warned us of this!

» bugs...

-in the intersection mode the car u choose gets covered up by a car that has 1 direction clipped(the other 3 have white corners).

-also some of the a.i. cars are unclipped(have white corners) too.

-sometimes i start the intersection mode and no car appears and i can let it run forever.

-sometimes an error pops up and i have to restart:

error: intersect.lua:62: image.load: error loading image.

Error: no script file found.

press start to restart

(and the #62 comes out as other #'s sometimes)

other than that stuff this game is great and addictive.

gj freshmilk and bling. btw i could cut off the white edges if u need.

» forgot 1 more...

-i forgot about the exit... when i hit triangle it dont work:

error: freshmilk.lua:236: bad argument #2 to 'blit' (image expected, got nil)

Error: no script file found.

Press start to restart

-also the car being invisible actually wont play forever... i was just really lucky =). i got to 107 with no car on screen using analog stick.

again gj
