» wtf? no german language?

hey wtf man? why do we not have german language in the game?

by sakya - 2006-05-11 00:45
» German language

Hi! :)

There's no german language because nobody translated it into german. I don't speak german, sorry. :)

If you want to translate it, read the README.TXT, it contains informations on how to translate Tiple Triad PSP.

» The entire reason I put so much time into FFVIII

Triple Triad rules! You can tell a lot of love got put into this program, and I'm surprised it took this long for someone to jump on the idea in the first place. Thanks for this little gem, great work and keep it up =)

Be greatfull that he even made this.

If you want it translated so badly, do it yourself I guess.

» Hmm, same, same wall...

Both those rules don't apply when one of the two cards you try to flip is your own, in the original TT the rule flipped both yours (again) and the opponents.

Hi. :)

Yes, users reported that it works fine under Fanjita loader up to FW 2.60. My psp is 1.50, so I cannot help you more. :)

» Homebrew or infringing on copyrights?

I understand that this is a clone but you are using copyrighted sprites. You are contradicting homebrew and any site that hosts this is also. I love the game but I suggest you replace the sprites or this cool game might disppear. :(

I actually have a question. Why is it that when I install Triple Triad on my psp, it tells me that the file is corrupted?

» @ copyrighter

it doesnt matter, copyrighted sprites are reused w/o permission constantly on the internet, and its only homebrew, nobody woudl waste the time with it, its not like hes selling the game, so tis all good

thx for this Sakya!

I love this game! Is there gonna be a wifi version so we can play each other?

» Help file bug

Hi. I like this game - well done.

I have a v2.6 PSP with the latest eloader & I found that when I went into the help file, the PSP locked up and shut down when I got to page 10.

Otherwise, everything else works fine.

» I'd like to pick

This release is great!!! The only 2 things i'd like to see is the ability to pick your cards, and maybe a wireless multiplayer function. Keep up the good work!

Aaaaargh!!

You're right I misunderstood the rules (and my memory didn't help me). :)

Sorry for this error (it's my fault).

I'll fix this in the next release.

It's strange nobody else noticed this. :)

Many thanks for reporting this.

Hi. :)

Many thanks for the comment.

The ability to pick your cards will be introduced in the single player game.

The wireless multiplayer will be added when psp-python will support wifi. Actually psp-python can connect to the internet, but cannot use the wifi for "local" multiplayer. :)

» No Problem

I just love this game, it'd be a shame if I lost because of the game itself. You might want to look into the other rules to see if the same bug applies.

And if you get the chance I'm sure you could streamline the game so it works quite fast, I'm unsure as to how fast a homebrew can load but I'm sure your Triple Triad homebrew can move alot faster even on 266.

When you try to flip a card that has it's value deducted or raised do you go by the new value or the old value when calculating things such as SAME or PLUS etc.

Check the original because I'm unsure as to whether it uses the updates or older value.

» Thanks

Many thanks for your interest, and your suggestion. :)

I'll check Triple Triad Gold (I can't find my original copy of FF8).

Many thanks again for your help. :)

» here an idea

Great game but how about introducing combos i.e you flip one that flips another?

by >.>; - 2006-05-13 19:11
» Already in the game

That rule is already there, however I guess it might not get registered sometimes due the the earlier mentioned bug.

» help me

why won't it work on 2.7?

by Sakya - 2006-05-13 22:37
» combo

Hi!

Combo is already implemented. Combo works only with cards flipped with plus/same & same wall.

I think this is right. :)

Okay, I'll say it here since your forums are in Italian but plus/same & same wall should also work when the card you use to activate the rule is on the outside. Say the sequence went like this: | 5|4 5|
