A new homebrew game, Luarry v1, has been posted as an entry to this year's Scenery Beta homebrew contest. This project is the result of a collaboration between homebrew developers Kiketoreador, P22, Dark_Cloud and guillermo_conrielle.

Luarry is essentially a minigame collection. There are three minigames to choose from: Dance, Imformatico, and Mafia mission. The money and reputation you get from these minigames are used to unlock requirements that will let you hook you up a girl. At least, that's what we could gather from the web translation.

The Dance minigame works like most dance sims. You have to properly time and press the correct direction on the D-pad to accumulate points. If you've played a bit of DDR or any of the homebrew dance sims for the PSP, this should be familiar.

Imformatico is a bit more quirky. You have to actually sort lines of code to make them work. It might pose a challenge to some users who have no idea how code works. The Mafia minigame, meanwhile, works just like a sidescrolling shooter. It's the fastest way o unlock the requirements but if you lose in this minigame, you pay with your virtual life.

The game comes with a bundled readme file, so read it first before you do anything. The filename's in Spanish but there's an English installation guide included.
