It looks like someone out there in internet-land really loves Rukia Kuchiki from the animated series "Bleach". Over on our forums, Rukia completed what appears to be the first part of a Rukia Kuchiki-based fighting homebrew game, called Saving Ichigo Pt. 1.

In Saving Ichigo Pt. 1, Rukia is tasked with finding out where Ichigo went off to. Along the way, she meets other characters from different anime series, such as Sasuke from "Naruto" and Goku from "Dragon Ball Z", having to fight them to advance the storyline in the game.

Here are the game controls:
  • R= Advance through cutscenes
  • X= Special Attack(Can use only when meter is full, or when she stops attack)
  • O= Attack
  • Square= Block
  • Left and Right= move
Rukia, the game's developer, notes that there are only four levels though, so make each level count by thoroughly thrashing your foes with some Rukia-styled kung fu. Enjoy!

Nice Work

Great Job Rukia. I cant wait to try it out because it looks absolutely amazing. Just a quick question, how long did it take to make this game because from my point of view it probably took many days of hard work. Great Job again, Rukia.
