WHO'S THAT POKEMON?! The Lua game that tugged at everyone's heart strings even as early its Alpha release has now poke-evolved into its next version: PSPokemon Beta. Yep, that's right: Beta. Still not a final full version that developer sony_psp_player has in mind, however, while it's in Beta, it's still quite a catch as things go.
There's a lot of new stuff included in this release, plus some added touch-ups:
- Loading screen
- Menu
- easy fight engine
- You can select one of six pokemon at the beginning
There is no version for FW 1.50 now. I think there will never be one because everyone is using the new custom firmwares.
For those interested in working with sony_psp_player on the fighting scene re-vamp, just get in touch with him through our forums, as linked below. Enjoy the download, while you're at it!

this has some awesome potential, more hard work can make this game rise to one of the best hombrews. i wish i knew how to help but sadly i dont. keep up the good work
someone who realizes that 1.5 is dead and that there is no reason to be there. OE is the way to go. Why not be at a firmware what does EVERYTHING that 1.5 does, and a TON more without having to switch between firmwares every time you want to do something different..
This does have a lot of potential, Keep at it.

from where do you have my pictures of the computer and of the floor? If changed them in your first version! when you'll use theme my name must stand in the credtis, because I made the computer and the floor picture!!!
Keep going! We have faith! Somebody neeeeeds to make a decent pokemon homebrew game.
