PSParty

PSPHax0r9 from our forums has finally released PSParty. I'm saying finally because this has been in development on and off for many months now. And he hasn't disappointed. The game looks very nice and fun, but the keyword here is *BETA*. In his own words, "Right now it doesn't have much of a main objective, but that's why it's called a "Beta." I'm releasing this Beta because I think it is a good solid foundation for the game."

But I'm sure that won't stop most of you from trying it out. It's loosely based on the game Mario Party, but with different characters. Want more? You can even create your own players. A guide has been bundled. Check it out if you're into modding games.

Don't worry though, the upcoming releases will have a main objective and support of multiplayer thru WiFi. Make your way to our forums to give any feedback which you might have. I'm sure PSPHax0r9 will appreciate it. Here's two more screenshots which he has kindly provided.

Hey

People need to stop talking about SmashGP... ...This is PSParty and it is fantastic especially for a Beta, I predict this piece of homebrew is going to be huge with plenty of mods. My predictions are usually correct so lets just hope fingers crossed. x By Briggzy11 - Beta Tester

by superbarker - 2006-06-24 07:54:04
??????

Yeah how do you put the files on to the PSP? I have a mac is that a problem? Thanx Superbarkeer

Solution

I don't think you can put it on a 2.6 psp, but there are downgraders out there. RAR files don't go on a psp, first you extract them with a free application called winrar, http://www.download.com/3000-2250-10007677.html Once you have that downloaded, right click the file and click 'Extract'. II don't know if it will work wit a mac, but I do know you can buy a program called iPSP for $20 that will make them compatible.
