Ó
Woohoo! MonkeyBoy1916 is at it again with his mods for DeNitro and Devin923's DDR-for-your-fingers, PSP Revolution. Now coming up with his Anime Style v5 mod, players can look forward to happy days ahead which involve playing a game which uses our favorite anime tunes (and with the deluge of Dark_AleX releases, lately, one can't help but wonder if all this is a Thanksgiving treat, or an early Christmas present).
In any case, MonkeyBoy1916 has also pointed out that this isn't the final release of this version as his work was temporarily stopped because of an unfortunate PC problem. According to him, there should have been a whole lot more features added in this release such as more songs and better graphics, but that would have to wait for the meantime. He also mentions that he wishes to be able to make full use PSP Revolution 0.3's new features, so let's see what he comes up with in the weeks ahead.
Some of the changes that he made for this version are:
- Updated to PSP Revolution v0.3
- Eboot Completely redone ( Song/BG/ICON )
- Main Menu Redone
- Song Select Menu Redone
- Failed Screen Redone
- New Score Screen, Updated for v0.3
- Options Text Edited
- Loading Bars Redone
- Some Song Backgrounds redone
- Some Song Banners Redone
- Other Graphical Changes ( You will see )
- 28 Naruto Songs Added ( Just so many good ones, I couldnt resist )
- 5 Bleach Songs Added
- One Piece Anime Added, with 1 Song ( More to Come )
- Gundam Anime Added, With 2 Songs ( More to Come )
- FLCL ( Fooly Cooly ) Anime Added, with 7 Songs

That person above me was not ME posting, you can tell who is real simply by who is registered. Ive been registered a long time, so we all know who is real. ( Look up, Im signed in, proof enough )
Whoever is posing as me, grow up.
Anyway, I am sorry about the size though, it is because I cant compress MP3's farther then they are.

I finally got it downloaded at about 12:30AM. The second I started it up I was amazed at how non-homebrew it looked. Then...now...it's 3:45 and I only just stopped playing.
It's freaken addicting and it makes time fly.
But it's SO AWESOME!
I can't wait to get on the plane to Japan now that I have this game.

These songs arent found on one of those beat sites, all beats are made by me, thats why they arent perfect, but they are plenty good ^_^
Glad you all like it, these are much better comments than when I released v4.

I love these releases and actually lost hope when you said the last one was the last one (if I remember correctly) and you just had to see my face when I saw this... And my face when my computer was so slow at loading the page... AND my face when the download stopped at 36% (an error occured) lol
Anyway.. My download is at 72% now... And I can't wait for it to finish
Anyway... Keep up the good work

The motion .gifs seemed to only show one distorted frame of the image sequence in a very off hue. Do you have any plans/ideas for releasing a version that supports .gif or video backgrounds? Even if not, this is a great idea and I love all your releases. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for replying and letting me know that you gave it some thought. I look forward to future releases of my favorite homebrew game (heck, I like it more than most professional PSP games).
