PSP homebrew developer The Underminer has submitted his own entry to the Neoflash Spring Coding Compo. The game is called Crazy Gravity Portable, and is based on the original Crazy Gravity game by Axel Meierhofer (created with his permission). It also has its own level editor. Here is a description of the game provided by Underminer:

You are the captain of a freight shuttle on a far away moon base. Crazy gravity rules the place. Your objective is to move cargo from their platforms to your homebase; avoiding obstacles like cannons,magnets and one-way gates.

Interface (from left to right,see screenshot)

lives (top,semi transparant)
cargo waiting to be shipped
cargo you are carrying
Color keys you have collected (opens Color Gates)
Fuel
your time / time to beat
landing indicator (green:safe,yellow: warning,red: slow down or crash)

Looks a lot like the ol' Gravity Force/Power I used to play on my Amiga ages ago. I'll download it.
