Stealth Kill, the dev who brought us Counter-Strike for the PSP, has a new project in the works, and it's looking just as awesome. Called 2050: The Last Island, this game is in full 3D, and the dev describes it as Grand Theft Auto plus The Sims.

This release is just a demo, but Stealth Kill says that the final version will have full missions (from what I gather in the forum discussions). The first mission is playable in this release.

The final version will also allow you to enter most buildings earn money, and even buy furniture for your house. It sounds like it's also part PlayStation Home. The Dojo will also allow you to learn how to fight, as well as how to drive boats and cars.

Here are the controls and installation procedures:

Controls:
  • R trigger = Carry/Release
  • Digipad Left = say Yes
  • Digipad Right = say No
  • Digipad Up = Use
Installation:
  • Copy the "2050DemoEng" folder to "PSP/GAME"
  • tried under 5xx kernel.
