Picture This - a spot-the-difference PSP homebrew game |
Ó
Picture is a simple homebrew game from Mathfacts. Essentially, it's a Spot-the-Difference game with a more modern implementation on the PSP. Pretty cool, actually.
In a given picture there are eight differences hidden. Now after studying the picture well, press the square key and the modified picture will come out. There'll be a red square that you can move around for you to focus on the differences. Just press X to highlight the difference, and it will be marked by a yellow square.
If you want to review the original picture, you can switch back to it using the square key again. To see how many items you got correct, press the triangle button. For the rest of the controls, right bumper functions as control for background music, and the circle button allows you to skip to the next picture.
This homebrew contains six pictures, which can provide you about one to two hours of play, "depending on how sharp you are." Mathfacts also invites you guys to make your own pictures so he can play the game as well. Obviously, as he's the one who created the homebrew, he knows what the answers are to the puzzle so it's just not fun.

Wow ... This artical is FULL of Information
Oh sure once I post there is actual info
is great, awesome
i tried running it and it gave me the error that means im not running a homebrew enabled psp
whitch i am since im on 4.01 m33-2 and have no problems with most homebrew.im guessing you made this firmware specific,or it doesnt work for slims,or something.
if its firmware specific,at least put what firmware you tested this on.course it should be fixed to support 3.xx and 4.xx kernal on phats and slims anyway as most homebrew does.
i cannot grade this and give good praise if its not compatiable
I tested it on 3.71 m33-3 Phat. Nothing about it, to my knowledge, is firmware specific.
Unzip and copy the folders picture and picture% to your psp\game directory or to your psp\game150 directory.
I don't have access to a slim to test with, maybe one of your peers has it running on a slim and can update you. Oh course there's the possibility that the LUA core just doesn't work on slims.
im not new to the scene by far.in fact i run every other homebrew/pandora/plugin method/app fine all the time.
it wasnt a corrupted data error.it was in fact the error you get when you dont have homebrew enabled psps.maybe it is 3.xx firmware made.who knows.but most run 4.01 m33-2 nowadays so its missing some kinda of support.
i run .lua file apps fine.i have a few in fact,so this isnt the issue eitheir.its just not compatiable with all,the way they made it
