OpenBOR mod gets steamy: Ladies of Rage |

Woot for another OpenBOR project! And this time, we're pumping in some estrogen. Lots of it. Today, we get Ladies of Rage from open Beats of Rage coder (and first-time compiler) bigmenace.
His OpenBOR mod has some lovely ladies, and as bigmenace explains, there's actually a story:
Story is a couple of chicks get together,start a crime force, and kick some butt. The end lol. J/k, there is a story in the mod, I put it together at the last minute. Well I hope some people enjoy my mod!
Well, he already had us with "Story is a couple of chick get together." That as much sounds fun already.
There are eight levels in his mod, with lots of enemies and bosses too, of course. A note on characters: there are three secret characters and one NPC. Ladies of Rage also has a boss rush mode, and another in which you can play secret characters right at the start.

This is a windows program, It's not for the PSP....
This mod can be run on any platform. Just place the pak file in your PSP's Pak directory within OpenBOR.

What do I need to download first? This? "ISO88591__V21.2038"
I keep getting an error for this. Can anyone conform if this works on CFW 5.00 m33?
