NeoFlash Spring Coding Competition 07: Go!Go! Goo |
Ó
If you're looking for a game that would up that challenge a notch or so, and one that would give you something more than just button-mashers, then this NeoFlash Spring Coding Competition entry is right up your alley.
The Go!Go! Goo! beta v0.7 is from bennyrebirth and friends, and it definitely is one tough nut to crack. Basically, the story is that you are a scientist working on your experiment. But your flubber-like goos have escaped from your lab and you would need to recover them and lead them to the exit before your enemies get to them or before they get destroyed by the traps lying about.
What makes this challenging is that there are like a whole bunch of goos escaping your lab, and while you'd need just (for example) ten out of them 40 goos to usher back to the exit, you need to strategize as to where you'll be putting up your blockages so they won't escape your clutches again.
Oh, and it being timed adds to the rush as well. So, yeah. It's a pretty cool game, considering that bennyrebirth claims the gameplay still isn't very polished and that there still are a lot of stuff to be implemented. We suggest you go check it out.

FIRST!!!!
look good...
the last interesting psp news came out around..christmas!?!?
let's face it, the only time the psp gets interesting is when sony releases another firmware for someone to decrypt so everybody can scream OLOLO SONY IS SO PWNED. that's especially true now that basically everything moddable about the psp has been modded.
now people resort to even more lame homebrew noone ever needs. to make a long story short, unless sony releases another firmware for everybody to laugh about, theres nothing happening on this console. therefore, sony owns you after all.
goodbye
So do I understand that right? A console i good is ***** unless somebody hacks it? Man you're REALLY stupid...
People like you don't deserve to get good games like this...
the last interesting der da der, your a moron, your just mad because its not something you can show your friends so you can be an eR33to haxor or whatever you lamerz wanna call, your a newb so nobody cares what you have to say about their brew anyways...and tell your mom hi for me
Actually better than some of the "official" releases for the PSP

WOW, nice job, especially with the menu. I especially liked the "extras" section. The restarting tme could be much faster. When you press start and then select in a level to select, it takes quite a lot of time. That isn't good for a puzzle game. Most people can't finish a level in one try, especially the harder ones, so having a quick restart would be much better.
Overall, NICE JOB. thanks
This game is really quite fun! It looks really nice too. Great job...I can't wait for the new levels.
