Mario's new quest: SMBPSPlatformer v0.02 |
Ó
Not only is he being resurrected in various next-gen titles, but even the homebrew community can't get enough of him. Take this one Lua game for example: SMBPSPlatformer v0.02 was created by Zora 182. According to the coder, he's been working on this for a while now as he is just beginning to master the program Lua.
Anyway, judging from what we've seen, we could say that he's off to a great start. To those of you who want to give this a try, the story of SMBPSPlatformer is easy to follow. One day, Mario took his motorbike and is on his way to visit Princess Peach. On his way there though, he learned that the princess has been captured yet again by Bowser. He also learned that the villain has come up with a new machine that zapped all his favorite level-ups.
Sound interesting? Why not give it a try now. Also, some feedback and comments will always be appreciated by any homebrew developer. Enjoy!

Comments [refresh]
Ive been using qj for a while now for different hombrew apps, custom firmwares (currently on 3.02OE-B) but I never have used any LUA games. So I was wondering if I need to do anything in particular to get this game to run or do I just drop it on the memstick and go?
i bet you have used them. its just a different language, rather than C or C++, and no, there is no other steps you have to take to run them
they should have it where if u have first post or anything similar in the first few posts it should make the post say "i'm a *****got." IDK, i hate first posts
but i like this program
If it is on eboot form just drag and drop. if it has another extension however you need the lua player.
Thank you both for your help.
wow
My game is getting spreded over the net...
anywho, this is the very first homebrew I make, and as far as it goes, I understand most of lua by now! ;)
so expect v0.3 soon enough! :)
