iPlay TicTacToe v3 - difficulty levels added

J3r3mie's noughts and crosses homebrew game for the PlayStation Portable has got a new version, and it's now up to version 3.

According to the fun JPEG'd readme (as duly translated by Babel Fish), there are "new pawns for a total of twelve" in this version. There are also now "three levels of CPU" - which I assume to be the new levels of difficulty: hard, easy, normal.

Other functionalities have also been added:

• menu for pause
• optimized code and use of RAM (credit to nono)
• new icons and pictures in XMB

Anyway, do make sure to check out the readme. You may even try to get a better translation of the French text on your own. If you do, do share it with us, ayt?
