Ever since charnold's PSP Dungeons Alpha source code was released last May, there's been no small number of homebrew mods created using that engine for the PlayStation Portable. Developer VettaCossX-AlphA has come up with his own homebrew FPS based on the PSP Dungeons 3D v0.6 engine with Icon KillerZ vs1 (The Mario Massacre).

Based on the title alone, you can pretty much guess what the game's theme is. The developer mentions that the game is the first in the series of "icons" games that he will be releasing based on the different video game icons out there.

For those of you who are interested in giving this game a shot, please make sure to set your custom firmware's kernel to 1.5. For more details, you can check out the documentation that goes with the game.

Anyway, you can download the game from QJ.NET's download section that you can access through the link below. You can also discuss this neat homebrew game with the developer at our PSP Development forum. Enjoy the download!
