How much did you enjoy playing with Zion's Legend of Hyrule: Linkens Quest v1.0 when it came out last month? Double that, and that's how much you'll enjoy v2.0. How about, how much you can't believe it's coded in LUA? Double that as well and add boisterous shouts of "LUA Represent!" everytime your character moves an inch, and that's how much you'll be in awe this time around.

Great Homebrew game~!
I've been waiting for this release, can't wait to try it out! :D
So I'm running FW 1.5 and I see this title here. Looks interesting, but I've never dealt with this LUA stuff before. How do I run this on the PSP? Can anyone provide some (hopefully simple) instructions to guide me along here?
its just the same as loading any hombrew, just put the folders on your memory stick in this directory : psp/game
Now this (and a few others...) will show the world that lua isnt only for beginners!
it says for 1.0 1.5 and 2.xx fw. does it work on 2.8?

Man this homebrew game is awsome.. If you like the zelda series, you realy got to try this game.. I LOVE IT!! I realy realy realy love it. Zelda OWNES and this new version ows 10x better than the origional zelda's :p i think becouse it's new.. I love the old ones but i played them to much. THIS ZELDA ROCKS!!! BRRR Hurry up with the updates haha :D i cant wait no longer man ooeeehhh man man man a new zelda. This one is goood. On a scale from 1 - 10 I will give you A big fat double oversized 11,5+ (Y) Keep on the good work. This is realy realy awsome

THIS IS GOOD STUFF, AND THEY ARE SOME REAL GOOD PROGRAMMERS, they should release this when the whole game is complete tho... so its 20 time excitement! ill download when the game is complete, but THIS IS REAL GOOD STUFF!

the sprites should match....zelda sprite is so much bigger than link's,and that green haired malon just feels out of place...other than that is is beautyful
is there a tiff version, using the tiff xploit for 2.8?
@17-of course there is! it clearly says so in the article....just there isnt a link for the download cause it is a secret....but you can find it if you are smart enough

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the watermarking of screencaps that this site obtained on their own. (Watch out, the DCEmu Police are on patrol again... *sigh*)
can't get sword. i need help. no buttons are working except for "x".
If you want to play it on 2.6 it works with GTA elaoder, just put the file WITHOUT the " % " in the game folder ;-0 :D Nice homebrew btw. The intro was a nice touch. Minor typo here and there, but nothing major :P..lol
IIRC Zion asked if QJ didnt host or even post his releases, cant be 100% but ill see what he says tommorrow.

@26, they are all pd (public domain/fan made) no sprites or gfx or music was stolen
Great game Zion, but I would advise you to check your text from the intro. I have seen some spelling errors - like "haapening" .
there i said it.... it makes me laugh when everyone says lua is crappy, then somethign like this gets relased...
Game is good, but someone should have test read it before the release. It's full, full and full of typos and misspellings.
Fix the spelling errors.. and, that font... Papyrus or whatever, overly used ugly. D:

uh yeah i have 1.5 and i was just wondering what do u need to get this to run on my 1.5 psp. is it a certrain download for lua player because i don't have that installed
Just ran the program via Luaplayer on my 2.6 PSP, first try! Great piece of LUA programming, now I can play something besides Snakes.
I ran this through the Porter TIFF e-loader didn't need GTA exploit
Sorry i should have out this on the post, the game doesnt need lua player, it is run via a eboot just like any other homebrew. Just put the folders in the psp/game directory on your psp, and play via the xmb or eloader :D Thanks for the comments
This lua game sucks big time! This stupid lua crap always suck. Please stop posting these stupid lua games that any kid can make in 5 minutes off your front page. I mean Jesus Christ enough with these stupid lua games. This game is soo horrible that it isn't worth the bandwidth to download trust me. Get off your @ss and learn a REAL language like C++ and stop posting these stupid lua made games for the love of god.

It's kinda strange that this would be on PSP (lol), but it is pretty damn cool. But it does make sense, as it is easier to put homebrew software on a PSP than it is on a DS. I'm SOOO going to download it.

you guys this game really does suck like the other comments said. someone obviously put this thing together in like 5 mins and you can tell it isn't worth playing. don't waste your time downloading this as you will be dissapointed in it like i was. these darn noobs should learn to go learn c++ and not this stupid lua copy and paste script. 2 thumbs down WAY DOWN for me and alot of others here.

evey time i play the game it says "The game could not be started (80020148)" my system software isv 1.52, so it should work. i made shure to put it in the PSP/GAME folder. what do i need to make it run?
i upgrade to psp v2.81 and now it wont loud at all. well some one help me get the right emulator(if i need one).and help me get the greatist game ever to run, so i can waste my life on it and not trying to git the dam thang to work!
