Fuse Moxa For PSP |
Ó

Kuni has created a HOUTSOUP Script Contest 2004 with "mosser", leading people to try it out and brand it is a certified addicting game. Now PSP owners have a chance to see what's so enticing about this game - gamma has just created a Lua port with his Fuse Moxa PSP.
As it is a Lua port, you'll be needing a Lua Player; however, the latest Lua version - v0.20 - is unable to run this game. Links toward the Lua Players v0.18 and 0.19 are provided below as well, just feel free to test any (or both) to see which runs better (v0.19 works fine with me).
If you decide to try out this game, here's how the game goes: your objective is to put the moxa into the line of fire and burn them all. Make sure the remaining moxa does not reach the bottom or that you are not packed in by moxa in all four directions causing immmobility; these conditions will lead you to that dreaded "game over".
The game is controlled by moving the digital pad up, down, left, and right. Pressing "Start" will quit the game.
Gamma gives us a tip on playing the game: "The moxa ignites slowly, so if you put moxa linearly, a lot of residual moxa reaches to the bottom. Pass by firing point periodically to make a shortcut."
Also, if you want to initialize the highest score, you can do so by removing the "Hiscore" file included in the download. See what made this game an award-winning puzzle by clicking on the download link below. Start burning moxa!

looks real good
what about luaplayer .16? does this game work with it?
im sick of all these *****ty lua pieces of crap, learn a proper programing language
lua is a proper programming language. it is a C interpreter so its like C but a lot easier to learn but it doesnt have all of the functionality that C does
Karen R., why did you post up links to two different release Lua Players?
I apologize, I didn't read the whole article. I see why.
Cool game, though.
thank you all who played mosser.
I put another version with vertical scroll & D-pad response revised.
Please check. http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=27246
