It's been a while since we last heard from developer daaa57150, whom you guys will recall was responsible for the animlib dev tool from months past. Which is why we're happy to say that the coder's back at the QJ.NET forums to announce the release of a demo for the DJ Drops homebrew game.

The objective of this musical puzzle game is for you, the player, to survive each of its stages by eliminating the various blocks that come cascading down. The blocks comes in six different colors and shapes, and move according to the rhythm set by the background music.

The demo carries one test stage, accessible via the gameplay option at the title menu. Given the game's lack of a readme, we advise players to visit daaa57150's release thread over at the QJ.NET Forums. Fellow coders who want to help develop this title are encouraged to contact daaa57150, once again via the forums.

# 2 levels!daaa57150 2007-12-17 07:46
in fact there are 2 levels, the "test" level (no music, I use it to test the engine) and a musical level, already quite nice, (lame gfx) just choose "levelssoup" in the main menu.
