Chao Garden (Virtual Pet) v0.6 Released |

Chao Garden (Virtual Pet) has been under development on our forums for quite a long time now - several months! But while the progress is slow, it never stops and now c5cha7 has finally decided to release a demo of his work in progress of the virtual pet Chao's from the Sonic universe. It isn't near completion yet, but serves as a playable beta stage game. Some of the new updates include:
- A.I Added (Tweaking at the moment)
- Crops Added (Annoying but very fun to remove lol)
- Collisions Added (Not the best coding i have done)
- Cursor Added (It move's and stuff... what else lol)
- Main Menu Added (Currently Intergrating into the chao garden)
- Sidebar Added (Main Bar has stat info and stuff)
- Run Bar Added (It isn't fully done yet but it works!)
- Customize Chao (Took me awhile but its here!)
- Chao Sounds (Random sounds etc...)
- Load/Save Game (Implented and ready to go!)
- More Cursor Functions (Extras and stuff)
- Name Your Chao (Good idea lol..)
- Chao Market Place (We will need this lol)
- Chao Egg (Your chao starts out as an egg)

I hate it when people use "lol" excessively and inappropriately. And that essentially means the only time you should EVER use "lol" is in a satirical situation in which you are making fun of people who use "lol" or the stereotypical 12-year-old-girl's view of the internet.

Thank you all for the support, but the news team missed something in the post! Before starting a new game select 'CONTINUE' Game, this will automatically give you 999 rings so you can try out the chao market place. @6 >> Well i was going to clean up my grammer, but i forgot to do that when i sent it as news... (Sorry.)
how do you get coins? and when i hit start i cant exit. and i cant find the menu in the pic. also can somebody please post a link to the thread topic?

does this demo work on 2.7, and if so, how?
i have to say this game looks great very good piece of homebrew. id like to see it improved to be fully working i couldnt get out of the shop menu though. but the gfx look great
sorry, I didn't see the part about pressing continue in the forum post. Also number 9 click c5cha7's name in the post and it will direct you right to the post.
hmm.. Lua game I see.. Look in the plugins dir.. and open the files ex..sys with Notepad.. And Voila!! You can cheat by editing the text.. Or Edit the GAME1.DLL in notepad as well.. Change the first value to 999 to get 999 coins :)...

Mate, do you use a Proxy? I have to turn off my annon proxy to d'l from this site. Well I would have to if I didn't know the workaround :)
It is awesome so far! But it needs some minigames so you can make money... COOOOL DARK CHAO!
Does this work on fw2.7 ?
I was wondering if you need GTA to run this if you have 2.6 i know this is homebrew but maybe jsut maybe uw ldn't need GTA becasue that would be ausome

...Of course it doesn't work on 2.7 you idiot...Jeeze. If it did they'd be an erruption. I hope there is eventually a 2.7 hello world. The breaking point of that one.
