Homebrew - PAINTBALL 2D v1.5 - Image 1

Here's a nice treat for those who've been in the homebrew scene for some time now (and I mean since circa 2006). If you remember, there was a game called 2D Paintball made by Mr.Game. Now bboyjcm has picked up where Mr.Game left off and released version 1.5, with new maps and new features.

It's actually more or less like CSPSP. bboyjcm also hints that he plans to add AI and collision in the future. Here are the release notes and changelog:

It's a normal top view paintball game. The 2 players shoot at each other. Each hit can equal 1 or 2 points. That depends if you got a good hit on the other player. Once someone gets to 10 then the game is over.

  • Game Menus:
    • Main Menu
    • Map Selection Menu
    • End Of The Game Menu
  • 5 Maps In Total
    • The old one
    • 4 New
  • New GFX
    • Eboot Icon
    • Eboot Background
    • Player Models With Transperency
  • Maps
    • Compatible With Both PSP Phat & PSP Slim
    • Readme & Changelog files are now included
    • Some Bug Fixes
    • Loading is now functional

CSPSP already has everything this game has, and even a LOT more.

The developer should rather create a mod for CSPSP instead of creating a clone (even using some gfx from CSPSP)
