PSP homebrew developer Takka has come out with Test 8.7 for the Unofficial gpSP Kai v3.2, the Gameboy Advance emulator app for the PSP. This new build fixed some bugs and tweaked the TV output feature that was added in Test 05.

Here is the changelog for the Unofficial gpSP Kai v3.2 Test 8.7 as translated by Google:

  • HOME keys hung at the end of a correction
  • Menu at the "o" and "x" button operation of the PSP to match the setting
  • Cheat easing restrictions on the length of the name (UTF-40 character in securing 8N)
  • Fbm_print.c memory management malloc / free changes
  • OAM to write the byte level to modify treatment
  • TV output parameters to adjust
  • Video initialization bug fixes
  • Built-in TV output parameter to delete (video.cfg successful TV output if unable to read)
  • Some edge of the screen to modify textures (test8.6 far been avoided parameters)
  • IO to register byte / word write using a jump table, speed stabilization
  • Add to cheat documents
Users are advised to go through the Unofficial gpSP Kai v3.2 Test 8.7's documentation included in the archive. As most of the documentation is in Japanese, you may have to use a language translator to go through them.

hmm

For some reason, it either doesn't load ZIP files anymore, or it's taking too long to load, or it just freezes when trying to load. Either way, it's not playing the ZIP files at all.
