SNES TYL 0.3 - PSP Super Nintendo Emulator Update |
Ó

SNESTYL plays many great SNES games from Super Metroid and Chrono Trigger to Donkey Kong Country and Legend of Zelda with great accuracy. The overall speed of the emulator has improved quite a bit since the initial release. You are able to adjust the settings by pressing left analog (initial default) and turn on frames per second (FPS) this will allow you to tweak the emulator to the best settings for whichever SNES games you like to play.
You may also notice that there are two different versions of SNESTYL now. The standard version, which runs in user mode (but sadly not on eLoader.) Then there is Kernel mode me, for users of 1.0 and 1.5 version PSP's. In kernel mode, me is used for sound processing.
[[NEW] mode 7 optimizations when no rotation is used (maps in rpg, ...). Does not apply to fzero, mario kart, ...
[[NEW] now 2 versions ! the "me" one is using media engine for sound mixing (not perfect).
[[NEW] roms can be deleted from file browser (press SELECT).
[[NEW] savestates can deleted from menu.
[[NEW] screen adjustement (pseudo calibration) to get rid of those nasty black borders!
[[NEW] minor GUI adjustements (easily swap analog/pad, easier navigation with triggers)
[[NEW] now accept 8bpp and 24bpp logo.bmp background file.
[[NEW] new logo from pochi.
[[FIX] some rendering & internal emulation core bugs.
[[FIX] stability issues & memory card corruption should be gone (at least on my psp).
[[FIX] debug settings are now correctly saved.
If you haven't checked out this emulator before now would be an excellent time to do so, with an extensive compatibility list, and highly customizable emulator settings, SNES TYL has made another solid advancement in Super Nintendo emulation on the PSP. If you have a chance please visit yoyofr's website and check out his latest update, and if you happen to have a few extra bucks in your paypal account and enjoy the emulator consider donating. Great work like this implores attention. Thanks for the heads up Scott. To donate to yoyofr you can send direct payment via paypal to ymagnien [@] hotmail [dot] com

Comments [refresh]
Thanks for another great update! Keep it up! I, like the others, will keep my fingers crossed as you work harder towards making it bugfree (as much as it can be with all the diff roms out there)
oh and ignore teknogeek1300, he's just mad I've been pimping his mom all day and their family income is lining my pockets now.
To teknogeek1300^^
You know my mother tounge _isn't_ English, but when I read your post... Well I honestly can't see what your typing. Can you post that answer again, but in a readable English?
i hope the saves get fixed soon!
ok...
this emulator cant
1. save game specific settings
2. select lock the menu, and allow both analog and d-pad to work simultaneously
3. output quality sound
4. look good in fullscreen mode
5. Impress me
2 thumbs down from Illegal Machine..
maybe if it did all it does now, PLUS those essential things, and everything that the Y releases can do, and it will be quality. but it can't so I think it stinks
Attention: For those having slowdown problems, you MUST SET SOUND FREQUENCY TO 44 Khz!!!
For some reason anything lower than that causes severe slowdown in many games.
As to Illegal Machines, your complaints are ridiculous.
First off, who the devil cares about simultaneously using the D pad and analog stick? That's such a small gripe I can't believe you mention it.
And "quality sound"? I have never had any problems with the sound before. It outputs at 44 Khz. What else could you ask for?
What do you mean by "look good in fullscreen mode"? What the devil looks better than a game that runs in full screen mode without any slowdown? How else could they make it look "better"?
While I really shouldn't get worked up about a single person, you've complained twice now, and it's really just pathetic. The fact that this emulator is multiple times faster than Y's CPU-only emulator is plenty reason enough to use this over Y's (not to decry Y's efforts). Quit complaining about meager things.
Mine works just fine. The only problem I can tell are:
1: Can't put into sleep mode. Meh.
2: you have to re-do your settings (cpu speed, frameskip, ect.)
I just took my old Snes folder and overwrote the new eboot and logo into it.
Everything seems to be pretty good, I can already see some of my games (Notably the RPG's) work quite a bit smoother. Near perfect I must say.
Nice work.
Upgrade and forget homebrew on PSP, just buy a GP2X, its whooping the PSP scene already
you're a douchebag Sonic.
I can say what I want.
Move to china and become a censor you communist bastard
I dont like this emulator, for those reasons, theyre not menial to me, and YOUR opinion impresses me even less..
I'm running PSP FW 2.0 just wondering if I should use kxploit_ready or unpatched? I'm using Fanjitas EbootLoader of course. Don't think it matters much. Great update, with the tweaks mentioned by Zenjiki, and a few others, it runs better than .2c. Namely the 44khz sound. Other than that I cannot import save files, just seem to not work...maybe I'm not doing something right. Anyways sorry if I sounded complaintish, this version works much better for the games I've tried anyways. Keep up the great work, and be lookin for a donation soon. (As soon as I get some cash!)
hi yall.
i jus downloaded this emulator and boy was i disappointed. i was expecting a big improvement, but all i got was a big disappointment. everything is x2 slower and boring. i just wanna say that fanjita is that fanjita is awesome. well anyways, i gotta go cause my mom might spank me, so if you wanna contact me, PLEASE send me an email at shinyarrd@yahoo .com and put some comments on my MYSPACE at http://www.myspace.com/shin_chan88
kk thx bye!
Illegal Machine, Just break your psp and go find another scene! This Emu rocks, and if your having problems with it, Well all I can say is USER ERROR!
people aren't being very nice are they? i say good effort, these guys have used some useful stuff and this emulator certainly has benefits... so why all the 'this is ****' stuff? how many homebrew apps out there aren't exactly as you want them?
how very ungrateful. i think snes emulation is top banana, there's only two things i'd like more... gba and ps1 emus!
This emu rocks. BTW, all my saved games work and all my games work from the previous version. I bet some people didn't delete their profiles folder.
The standard version is really slow. I tested it out on 2.0. Just recently downgraded back to 1.5 since it seems theres no hope in playing the Syphon Filter beta on 2.0. No way in hell am I upgrading to 2.6 just to play a beta thats gonna be gone in like 2 weeks. Nice try Sony. But anyways, the "me" version on 1.5 runs alot faster than 0.2c. I guess this release is really for the 1.5 users unless a new eboot loader comes out to work with the new settings of the new version.
Keep up the good work TYL.
Y snes (r wutever its called) deserves to be called **** just for having a patent like illegal machine. LOLz
like, if u dont like snes9x,
WHO F*CKING CARES
,jus dont bother comming in to this page.
you dont have to go around spreadin ur ****tin mind, and call people who disagree "communist bastards"
I get this on a lot of sites.
I have an opinon, some ****wads don't like it, then they start attacking
I THINK THIS EMU IS SUB PAR.
it would be nice if y's version had the GPU acceleration, but o well. its pretty ****in good I think.
and this one isnt.
and I'm NOT ungrateful. I download everything that comes off of this site and I love a ****LOAD of it.
if you think having making statements is ALL sucking the programmers ****s you've got another thing coming. fact is, these comments make the emulators better whether YO Ulike hearing bad things about your "GODS" or not
so swallow your crappy opinions about ME, and consider the FACT that this emulator isnt all that.
@teknogeek1300,
LMAO, chill out, your obviously pissed because you don't have a 1.5, big deal, get over it, stop acting like a 5yr old. You'd only scratch it up anyway ;)
@Illegal Machine: Noone complains about constructive criticism, it's just that you should keep to a certain form of politeness around here as most of us wouldn't be able to come up with any code at all. So as much as we need pointing out the weaknesses to improve things for the future, we should also appreciate the amount and excellence of work that's gone into a piece of software like that. Which I shall do right here:
Amazing job! Keep it up!
"But anyways, the "me" version on 1.5 runs alot faster than 0.2c. I guess this release is really for the 1.5 users unless a new eboot loader comes out to work with the new settings of the new version."
Good to hear that! Nice (:, can't wait to check this emulator out!
Does anyone have any problem with Save State? It doesn't seem to work for me. When I select it, it'll say 'Saving State...' and only a split second later return to game. I can't load state because it says it doesn't exist. And there are no state files in the SAVE folder.
0.2c save state works fine, its only in this new 0.3. And I've done things like format the MS, and reinstalling the loader and reverting to previous loader versions; nothing's worked.
Does this version support translation patches? The previous one didn't seem able to play translated versions Digit Devil Summoner, or other games with patches. That's why I prefer Y's emulator. If this one can do that, I'll switch... but I am pretty loyal to Y right now.
Hmmm... Pretty much the same speeds, but I keep my sound output at 44Khz w/ this one. Which is cool, but I don't think I'll be using it due to the whole "sleep mode will crash your PSP" inconvenience. That was a pretty big step, and then to remove the option? Not fair :(
It's worth noting that Tales of Phantasia runs ten times faster with this update (due to the mode 7 speedup, I would imagine). It's also worth noting that you NEED to have your sound set to 44. Or else everything sounds and plays like garbage
I'll keep it on my PSP aside the old version, just in case I want to play Tales :P. I've done A LOT of testing between these 2 versions, and can only notice a slight difference in a scant few games.
All the same, very good work keeping this brilliant emu alive. Don't want to sound like a numbnuts douche critic (like most ppl on this board...), but this would quickly become my ONLY SNES emu if it supported sleep mode :(
Illegal Machine shut up, it's time to change your layers.
oh snaps, new version!!!!!!
"it'll say 'Saving State...' and only a split second later return to game. I can't load state because it says it doesn't exist. And there are no state files in the SAVE folder."
im having the exact same problem
can anyone help?
YO SNESTYL TEAM!!!! I have been here since hello world. Your emulator is a fantastic piece of code. I think I speak for a majority of THE REAL Hombrew Scene when i say screw these other people!!! All the work you put into the emu(and it is noticable)is much appreciated. I am sorry that your emu has been trashed by people that can barley turn the power on there PC. The only complainers i see here and on other blogs are morons. I tried to be nice but USER ERROR is just that. If ya dont know how to use basic electronics, then hombrew is not for you. Besides those people dont donate anyway, there just parasites on the community. I vote for, take your time, and do what you want. Last time i checked this IS YOUR PROJECT and YOUR TIME SPENT. Again a Big thanks from someone who knows how to use there PSP!
First of all, thank you for constantly developing this the most beloved emulator on PSP (this emulator will stay in my PSP for a looong time~)
I just made lot of comparison with 0.2; yes, new version is more stablized and faster than 0.2.
However, may be I was expecting too much from the new update (since because you guys happen to be the most reliable and solid dev out there)-
I only kept RPGs for SNES because of the speed issue- yes, most action games are playable but didn't think it was good enough to be played on 0.2(yes, I'm being picky here)
It is true that there's overall improvement in terms of speed and etc, but personally I don't think the playability of action games are there yet.
But hey, I'm grateful for your tremendous efforts (--)(__)(--)
ps: setting gfx as 'accelerated' does cause some blank screen (Super Metroid, Tactics Ogre) So I recommend accelerated & accu. soft
Great speed increase!! I only have a few minor sound issues and my biggest problem:
It doesnt find my savestates and i cant import any savestates from the SnesTYL 0.2c version i still have.. When i try to import a state it just says ''File not in snes9x freeze format''.
That is an annoying issue as i wouldn't like to play games like Chrono trigger and FF3 from the start, just because this Emulator is faster.
But the rest is great and i appreciate all your hard work, without people like you guys, we wouldnt be able to emulate ANY roms on psp at a decent speed!! Keep up the good work!
If you wanna use save states on other emulators, all you have to do is save in game, i think its .srm or something and then load that up with another emulator in game, and thats it.
Illegal Machine,
You come on here and complain about every great piece of homebrew. You complained about Dgen, you complained about PMP Mod (!!), and now you complain about TYL.
Your opinions are really worth jack **** b/c those are 3 of the best homebrew apps out for the PSP right now. Just because you enjoy watching your crapy mp4s over full res xvid, and playing your roms on dead emulators (PSPGen and uo_snes I presume), doesn't mean you have to come on here and complain about everything else that's better. Either code it yourself or STFU!
@illegal machine
ok.. so those burst of spazes were your 'opinions' huh
well why dont you consider tryin somtin called 'politeness' cuz it duznt sound like an 'opinion' if you start em with
"snes9x sux because.." "u guys are ****wads because.."
sounds more like bullsh*t ;)
You're SO stupid.
I love DGEN AND PMPmod.
LOVE them.. What the HELL are you talking about?
I DO-NOT like PSPgenesis THIS emu, psiX, and several others.
Programs that GET my seal of approval are:
Y's emu
HUE (e)
Nester J
DGEN
STELLA
NEOGEOCD (zelurker)
Fileassistant++
PMPmod
MPH downgrader AND firmware emulator
PSPradio!
WEBNAB
DJsp
PSPkick
PSPrhythm
DEVHOOK
UmdEMU 0.8c
Fastloader
so don't be stupid and talk like that.
ALL of THESE great apps are ON my psp and I love them
I don't like this, you got a problem with that????

1) no one asked what you did or did not like.
2) there is absolutley no need to come here telling people they are idiots because they like a certain program/programmer ie: "if you think having making statements is ALL sucking the programmers ****s you've got another thing coming."
3)"it would be nice if y's version had the GPU acceleration, but o well." you say that as if it is possible which it is not. Full gpu acceleration cannot be done for the same reason it is not done on the xbox I will not explain it to you if you are truly interested research it.
4) "I THINK THIS EMU IS SUB PAR."
if you are going to makes statements like that then say " fact is, these comments make the emulators better whether YO Ulike hearing bad things about your "GODS" or not" please go into detail the problems that make it " SUBPAR(capslock stuck?)" and suggest how they can fix it rather then say anyone who disagrees with your opinion is "sucking the programmers ****s"
If you can contribute in a helpful way or code something better please do so.
On another note at the fps was slower then the older versions but switching the sound option to 44khz actually increased fps and is now higher then the older version running 22khz. keep up to good work.
The save states seem to work fine for me from the previous version on games like FF3 and Chrono Trigger. Because I can continue to play from where I left off at. All I did was copy my SAVES folder to the new emu folder. The roms are the same name as the saves also.
for those of you whining that the emu is not good: make your own if you think you can do better. at least they're trying, which is better than any of you have done, isn't it? i haven't tried the snes yet, but having a semi functional one is better than not having one. whether it works or not, i have plans to donate for the hard work they have put into this for us. quit whining, or actually do something about it.
UPDATE!! To my own question! Hopefully others as well. I got my ingame saves from the old vers of emulator by copying PROFILES,SAVES to new emu folder.
1.Using old vers of emu ,Go in game with ingame(builtin SNES)savegame.
2.Save State using emu's save/loadstate.
3.Copy then copy PROFILES,SAVES to new emu.
Still no real way to import InGame SNES Saves, then have em actually save and show back up.
Crude but it works. Hope this helped out someone.

I think you all should learn some decent English! Also, flaming someone for their opinion is wrong.. Posting your opinion is not neccessary nor is it needed. If you don't like this version, post some things that need improvement.. But DO NOT complain about it. We do not care.
Awesome Job to everyone who put their time, and effort into this new update. Can't say enough good things about it. If the save swap from last vers worked it would be perfect, but its not a perfect world. Thanks again guys you all deserve a pat on the back!
I noticed definite speed improvements in this version compared to 2c_y31 in Chrono Trigger, but I haven't tested it with any other games over versions yet. It still needs work, but I'm impressed. Speed is the only thing that really concerned me before, so I'm pretty pleased. Oh, and Illegal Machine, you need a reality check.
great emulator, definite speed improvements for Mario RPG and Killer Instinct. I had some problems playing FFV, does anybody have any solutions to he screen during gameplay going black? Also, can anyone post a list of games that work well with this emulator, especially RPG's?
i find this update kinda dissapointing too. The speed and everything els doesnt seen any different to me.
I haven't been able to get this to work on my 2.5 psp. I get through the readme text, hit x, and then it quickly mentions something about bad memory, and then I'm at the selection screen, with nothing to select, and as soon as I try to go up a directory it locks up. It's been like this with every version of tyl I've found.
yes same goes for me aswell
Turn the frameskip to 0 and all ur games should run MUCH smoother. I was running Zelda at 8 frameskip and I was wondering why it was running so damn slow...

Dude screw you I know how to make the SNES emulator work fine. I can get almost any game to work fine on 0.2c and all of my games are slow on 0.3. I know what the settings should be and I have tried them all. I am very happy that they are working on this emulator and I hope they keep working on it but the emulator is slow at least on my 2.0 PSP. So shut the **** up if you dont know what your talking about.
A quick question to those people who have firmware 2.00. Does snes9xTYL-0.3 work fine with you?
Can you save and load with no problems?
Thanks.

More Tommorow, been a long day. Hope this helps out!
If it seems slow to you, use the ME version; it's working great for me on a 1.5 firmware. I don't plan on upgrading, so I can't report about the other.
For the guy who complained that it doesn't run on 2.0: The ME version currently works on 1.0 and 1.5, while the standard works on 2.0. You are likely one of those people who will just click the first link, rather than reading something.
Complaints about save files are valid; it does seem to lose the saves between the former version; I think this is a symptom of the ME version.
Major step forwards, my friends. Seriously, it is full speed on the ME version.
I've noticed lots of freezing when the screens go black. For example after you beat Magus in Chrono Trigger you get a black screen, you see some text boxes as normal and then it freezes. I had another problem in SD3 with freezing as well. Crap update, I'll stick with v2
It's not bad. Good effort! I'll be looking forward to your version that addresses the Sleep mode problem and the Action games speed issue.
I'm disappointed by some here, there always has to be one person who thinks they know everything and has to tell everyone of thier opinons but are generally complaining about **** no one cares much about, specially not the developers.
It's true that developers can benefit constructive criticism but they have thier own agenda and it doesn't convince them to make a product suite you when you call their efforts to share something of theirs ****.
For all those whining F*ucks piss off to some other forum like GP2X and show them you know **** all.
Hey guys, please before posting the issues you have encountred with snes tyl 3.0, try at first to make us know which games you have tried and with which settings so that we can help each other. Because actually, the way the games play in both snes tyl 3.0 and snes9xtyl 0.2c is not the same at all. For instance, I have tried Final Fight 2with both of them with same settings and it seems that it plays better with 0.3 even with no frameskip at all, whereas FIFA International Soccer plays better with 0.2c than 0.3 even if I enable every possible tweak. So the final gameplay experience is relative to which game you play.
I also noticed that u can't save in 0.3 and it's pissing the **** out of me. I will have to go back to 0.2c if its just a problem with 0.3 becuase it's a big one. I don't understand with all these "fixes" appearing and yet new bugs come up and even the removing of some features such as sleep mode which really confuses me why they would even remove it. Makes no sence...
Gradius III is *much* slower with 0.3 compared to 0.2c. I updated the sound frequency to 44 khz and it didn't make any difference -- all other settings I left the same (tried futzing with the GFX engine but this didn't make a difference).
I'll be going back to 0.2c.
If you don't believe me, try it out.
Dude ive tried hundreds of times to get this emu working but all I get is that MemoryStick error and never get a roms list to pull up i'm about to give up any help dudes?
@ Illegal_Machine :
- Constructive criticism helps developers but that's no excuse to be a ****
- To call this emu sub par is a bold thing to say but acceptable but when compared to y32, it's joke even with your useless analog and d-pad usage.
- ad-hominem attacks only show a weak ego
- Before attacking a feature, you might want to try the recommended settings first.
- Nobody cares if it fails to impress you. Do you think your a prince or something? actually (drama) queen seems like more of a correct term. The SNES TYL team does not need to "impress" a pompous twit, they have many other fans.
- You have an "I'm right, you're wrong so stfu" attitude that can only be compared to hated neo-conservatives such as Bill O Riley or Ann Coulter.
- You are nothing but a troll. Next time, post your two cents without being a **** and play your other slower emulators.
This emulator has been in my opinion the best and most useful so far Thanks to all you who contributed your time and effort into this project. i'm sorry but for a numer of reasons i'll remain with the 2c version of the emulator. If it wasent for the speed of this new emulator i might use it the speeds on super mario world with the first version were set at a constant 60 and 61 fps which is what the real super nintendo used with this new version the fps were 42 and 43 all the settings were set the same in the test but thanks for working on it and please dont quit.
I give this a thumbs up. If you have a 1.5 psp you will see a speed increase.
Good Work!
ok, so definitly some bugs to work out.
Here is something interesting I found out...
-Some games, including the Megaman games run faster when you change the sound mixing rate to highest(44Khz)
Still can't figure our why saves don't work though...
yep, very nice.
is this any different from uo_Snes9x_002y32 ? is it the updated one or something?
cool. already works so well, now its even better.
OH. MY. GOD.
Look at what Fanjita means.
I have to say, I'm very unimpressed with this "update." I'll be sticking with version 2. Here are my complaints:
1) Old game saves aren't compatable with this version. On FF4, the game locks up when it tries to access the save file, and on Zelda3 it acts as though the save file doesn't exist.
2) Sleep mode crashes the PSP. I used sleep mode all the time so I could quickly put away my PSP when I needed to in the middle of an SNES game. Not so with version 3.
3) Nothing new? A few minor graphical upgrades aren't really worth the other inconveniences in my opinion.
Glad to see the authers are still working on this fine emulator, but I don't think the changes made in this version are good. Here's to version 4.
This is the reason I got a 1.5 in the first place! I love this app, haven't tried this new version yet hopefully we'll have a bit of a performance improvement!
wow elephant that was a thoughtful and lucid response.
too bad you're wasting your time. Perhaps your useless banter will be appreciated by someone who respects you.
unlike me
Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed. Snes9x tyl 0.3 didn't actually allow me to turn iron into gold, nor did it give me eternal life. Hell, it didn't even cook breakfast for me!
Going back to version 0.2, at least that one did my homework for me.
btw, good job team tyl. ;)
"Nothing new? A few minor graphical upgrades aren't really worth the other inconveniences in my opinion."
It supports most of the gfx modes that SNES uses, which means as they tap more into the PSP's full potential that it could be possible to see almost exact snes emulation on the PSP.
I noticed a few audio glitchs myself but its nice to see more complete support. Nice update once again yoyofr!
hey coldpie you forgot one, when using the home button to exit, it takes a while to exit, longer than it should.....
doesnt work on 2.5 version. locks up right before you can load a rom. also reads a memory stick error?
Best psp emu so far, thaks again expect some donations from me.
For those who say there is nothing new, you must be using bad settings. Because i'm getting full speed (equal to or > than 55FPS) on most games, aside from ones that use special chips. Can't believe i'm playing megaman X3 full speed with sound, full screen clip with the screen adjusted is perfect.
I you think the older version is better, your settings are all wrong. Try playing around and you'll see what i mean. I'll post my settings later, i'm having too much fun with this new release. Out.
You guys that are having speed issues now must not realize that its because of the new modes available. Try changing the modes and the performance will greatly increase... Great release man keep it up.
I tried it with Earthbound and my save worked but it was incredibly slow. On 0.2 Earthbound worked perfectly. It was also slow on other games that I tried. I went right back down to 0.2. Hopefully some of these bugs will be fixed in a new version.
Good work guys but I too am a little dissapointed.
"Dude ive tried hundreds of times to get this emu working but all I get is that MemoryStick error and never get a roms list to pull up i'm about to give up any help dudes?"
A couple of us- me, Nakashima, and ViperXL2 all seem to have the same problem. What are we doing that's different from everyone else? Anyone got any ideas?
people who are COMPLAINING about this
release its wrong!...
it actually runs much faster
you just have to change your engine
from PSP ACCELERATED to
PSP ACCEL. + APPR. SOFT.
works im most games perfect
in Frameskip 0 or 1!
while this is great news, im kinda curious why the speed is actually SLOWER.
tho some of you stated how that would be my fault. id wish you explain more.
Speed is way up in all Games! What settings are you using? Are you using the 2.0+ version? The me version is way faster than 2.0c.Another reason why i wont be upgrading over 1.5!
Here it is my settings, i don't like hearing such bad things about this great emu. if you think that the emulator still runs crappy after playing with these settings then you must have high standard. Tested with psp 1.50 with the snes9xTYL-0.3me.

since it doesnt really effect the speed
no problem, oh yea smoothing does makes it even better.
werks great. thanks
which version of s9xtyl ver 3 do you use for 2.0 kernal or user mode? how do FF4 and 5 run with 0 frameskip?
I refuse to make this my primary SNES emulator, and shall continue to use y32 because...
A. You Can't select any option that allows you to use the analog stick and the D pad at the same time, (y32 totally does)
and its kinda sucky all around compared to Y's releases.
so there

so there :P
lolz
maybe im wrong since i never used y32
just jk nyway
To get this right...
Is this emualtor faster on _1.5_ or a bit slower? I don't care about the version for 2.x PSP's, because I don't own a 2.x PSP. I can't test this emu right now, because I'm in school ):
Anyway Yoyo, Laxer3a and Thunderz you have my deepest respect for making this emulator. Keept it up. (:, (:.
The creator of this should have his PSP taken away, and smashed.... By me.... I'de suggest checking you facts befor ****ing lying to everyone... OOOOH LOOK ST ME! I WORK IN USER MODE ON 2.0+!!!!
BS! YOU SUCK ASS! STOP LYING!
shut the ***** up and make yo own emulator *****got
ok, so i have a 2.0 psp and i have no idea how to get this working on it (im a noob) so if someone knows what i need to do or get, email me PLEEEEEASE snowboarder_420 _13@hotmail.com
how exactly can i get this to work properly i mean..... wtf it goes soooooo slow
Everyone complaining about the poor speed is right. On certain games this version is slower FOR PEOPLE USING 2.0 FIRMWARE!!!!!!! !!!
I have tested this first hand( i do this for a living). And trust me it's slower.
So those of us who like 2.0(web, GTA, etc....) should stay with v0.2c.
At 266mhz, Harvest moon, Metal Warriors and Live a Live all run at 60fps with no frameskipping!
