Once you've got him started, there's no stopping him, and it looks like Zx-81 is on a roll! Never disappointing the homebrew scene, the French emulation porting machine has came along to update one of his old favorites. With PSPThom being updated earlier today, Zx-81 has been working hard to bring us yet another great homebrew emulator for the PSP. PSPCAP32 is an Amstrad CPC emulator for the PSP that emulates the Amstrad CPC 8-bit home computer range (models CPC6128, CPC464, and CPC664), and it now features many new options such as the ability to save and load a distinct setting file for each games as well as other file management options.
Here's the full changelog for PSPCAP32 v1.1.3 gold edition:
- Emulator menus reorganization (new menu for settings)
- New feature to save and load a distinct setting file for each games
- Delete files option (in the file selector)
- Added speed limiter option
- Screenshots are now saved in PNG format instead of BMP
- Multiple keyboard mappings feature developed by Pou-chan in PSPMSX: You can now toggle between 3 different keyboard mapping using Trigger keys

Now to find some games to play on it. Wouldn't mind re-living the Hunchback games. I still can't believe I chucked my 6128 away in '99 after keeping it for so long ... still, it was before I knew about eBay, as I didn't have any of the software, so the thing was effectively useless to me.
