A new update has been released for the TurboGrafx-16 (also known as PC Engine) emulator for the PSP courtesy of an unknown Japanese homebrew coder. The latest update of PCE has bumped up the homebrew to version 0.83a3.

Changelog:
  • Fixed another problem in ad-hoc mode
  • Fixed a bug in the Desktop Menu
  • Fixed a bug that, after setting a wallpaper, did not allow a correct view of the characters
