An unknown Japanese homebrew coder has released another round of update for the TurboGrafx-16 (also known as PC Engine) emulator for the PSP. The latest PCE update has a much improved multiplayer Ad-Hoc support.

It is an emulator for TG16/PC-Engine of course. It allows you to play all those games on your PSP.
