great emulator

this will be sure to piss off a lot of DS fans and will setle the "which is better psp or ds?" dispute while sony is secretly pleased lol :)

2D/3D?

If it ever gets running at full speed. I'd be happy enough if he ripped out all the 3D code, and just got it working rendering 2D games at full speed.

wow!

i like how you keep improving it! seems like your working on it everyday which is good, but try not to over do it cause i know you have a personal life too. but nice work! can't wait till you get it running at full speed or close to it!

Caslevanias

Yea, I would love to be able to play the 3 Castlevania games... Thanks for the update, and keep up the good work... :)
by HacKeRsLiM - 2009-08-27 10:48:34
well i tryed it and i must say

it is kinda slow but that is how daedalus started out and look where we are now! its a good start, maybe you guys should focus on one commercial game for like a week or 2 maybe even a month or 2 just whenever you get it to run at 90% speed with sound then move to another game then on and on. that idea is for lator on maybe yu guys should just work on compatibility for right now but if the emulator can run most commercial games then that there is an amazing feat.
by SolidSnake117 - 2009-08-27 18:55:08
wtf

the only typo is when he said: Lookn Are you seriously that dumb to not get that he means Lookin' or Looking *****ing Grammer Nazis go ***** the dictionary!!
by sicksider - 2009-08-27 20:39:05
HAHAH!

DS PISSED! haha.
by sicksider - 2009-08-27 20:41:10
More Fixed needed

Good work here. Just need more fixes to the emulator. Still slow but it a good start. Waiting to try next release.
by CrisisCore-X- - 2009-08-29 08:57:39
AWESOM

man this emulator is amazing ive only tried beta two but final fantasy 12 revanant wings was slow =( but still the guy who is making this has an update every day =) YOUR AWESOM MAN unlike the n64 emulator lol they update every 2 to 3 months
by batanen - 2009-08-29 09:24:05
Which is the right direction?

It shouldn't be the frequency of the updates, but the changes. It's good to update only every 2 or 3 months if there isn't made any major performance difference before. I would be mostly interested in knowing how the programmer, Yoshihiro, is going to approach with the emulator. Will he first try to make 2D games (on comparision PS2 emulator runs those perfectly compared to 3D), working with a certain game or trying to accomplish everything at once?
by PSPMAN90 - 2009-08-30 10:05:58
l would pay for the final release of this!

Well I must say I'm impressed! This is Beta 4, better than the previous ones. Pretty sure he would get it to work stable in no time! :D There's the source code, now we can help, or someone could contribute, better performance comes out from teamwork! Thanks for your hard work!
by Marmarflam - 2009-09-04 02:43:36
SNAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAKEEEE

he means that browniez uses no , or . in his sentences which make it hard to see where a sentence ends and starts. but why are you so angry? bad day at work?
