Here you can download the latest release of the PSP Emulator for your PC.

This version runs the Gameboy emulator RIN, you can also take screeenshots by pressing F12, and supports multiple directories (This is a bit confusing so read the readme on how to do this right).

From the readme file:

Get SDL from here.
Put EBOOT.PSP on same directory and execute.
or Drag & Drop EBOOT.PSP to executable or shotcut

Create ms0PSPGAME folder under executable folder
Make directory for each software and put EBOOT.PBP in it.
