ngPsp - Neo Geo Pocket Emu for PSP v1.0

ngPsp is a new emulator by neXis and neopop_uk based on the PC sources of the NeoGeo Pocket emulator NeoPop.

Features and future additions are:
- First build
- Basic menu
- High compatibility
- Slow but decent FPS
- No Sound
- Suports NGP (B&W) & NGPC (Color) Roms
To Come- Real GUI- Rom Selecting- Sound- Src (next build)

Requires v1.0 firmware to run.
