NesterJ v1.20 - Progress Report

Ruka has updated his site with some new information on NesterJ 1.20 and the news is good! The next version of NesterJ will have a kernel mode for 1.0 and 1.5 firmware users and wireless multiplayer (AD-HOC) which is already up and running. There is no download yet but we'll have it when it comes. If you want to read all the technical details, and can read Japanese, then follow the link.

Yeah but infrastructure is a lot harder to do, coding-wise, I think. Anyway, Ad Hoc is awesome. Luckily I know a lot of people with PSPs :). Can't wait for the release.

they have a D/L version of 1.20...its 1.20alpha...ad hoc connects...but the game never starts...thats probably why there isn't a release yet

Ya know, I was thinking that exact same thing ...LOL. But hey, since they metioned GTA, wonder if this version of NesterJ will work on the GTA eloader...hmmm. Might have to check that out sometime because playing nes games wirelessly WOULD be pretty awesome ;) .

this version should only work with 1.5-2.0 . 2.01+ does not have wifi/adhoc access at all
