Gameboy AdvanceGameboy Advanced emulation has become quite popular recently in the PSP Scene. Many great advancements have brought GBA emulation far from where many had originally expected. Just recently Dark Alex created a custom modification for Gameboy Advance emulator gpSP version 0.7. This update allows the very popular Gameboy Advance emulator to run on PSP versions up to 2.71 with the Homebrew Enabler revision C. For those who aren't aware by now gpSP is quite a nice Gameboy Advanced emulator for the PSP created by Exophase. Support for many Gameboy Advance games with decent speed and compatibility. So what are you doing here? Grab the gpSP emulator, the Homebrew Enabler C and start enjoying Gameboy Advance emulation on your PSP!

» poor souls?

2.71 is just as good as 1.5 now so dont feel sorry for US both my 1.5 and 2.71 rock and with Dark alex's hard work 2.71 will run everything soon without a need to emu 1.5 that day will rock...

Id love to see luaplayer working soon.. python already works fine. its great to see more 2.71 homebrew so I have less and less need to emu 1.5 thx Dark Alex and Exophase.

no, this is no different then the last release its just been ported to 2.71. So 2.71 users wont have to emu 1.5 to use this emu anymore.

» IS There A WAY

to use the tiff exploit to fash permenent patches? That would be great for both 2.71 and 1.5 users alike.Or is an ALL IN ONE CUSTOM FIRMWARE coming?

by master - 2006-09-30 14:50
» good update

thanks for the hard work on this great Emu but I agree we

need more speed and compatability increase some games

still dont run at full speed and many games dont work at all

But still love your work. .

» Please update for BIGGER games eg 32mb

I love this program probably more than any game that has been officially released for the psp up to this point! Please make it more compatible and make it so that games that are bigger than 16mb can run properly. Thank You very much for this program.

» yeah, #23

I was just getting on here to comment on the fact that it freezes whenever I try to access the menu also (tri + right). Any way around this? Any way to fix this?

by BMJ - 2006-10-01 02:34
» Menu

Same problem as above- Tri+Right causes it to crash.

Other than that though, fantastic work, and the first bit of homebrew to grace my PSP. Now get Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Red working! :)

» bios?

where do i get the bios it asks for?

by unknown - 2006-10-01 17:12
» to 29, 30, 31 and to 18

29, 30: Asking such questions is illegal here....

Find them urselves

31: If u mean the update eboot dl.qj.net has them.

If u mean a dump, then u should go find devhook firmware installer and dump them urself.

Also to #18: Not all PSP can downgrade even @ 2.71, TA-082 PSP can't downgrade. So they may find this useful.
