Arcade fans, here's a new release for you: an updated version of libcelyne's Final Burn Emulator for PSP. This emulator lets you play arcade games on your Sony handheld.

After some digging, we finally found a changelog for this version. Problem is, it was in Chinese, so we had to turn to Google's not-so-trusty web translator. Here's the badly-worded translation:

Update:
  • V10p1 joined the debugging information, if found to have a blue screen, please save error in the concurrent post, to facilitate the amendment Bug. Thank you very much.
081020: V10p1 version released
  • Killbldt amendments to the problem of Death
  • ROM version of the amendment to provide better support.
  • Lianfa revised to R + click the button several bursts of need, can be let go after the R key.
  • A number of other minor adjustments
081018: V10 version released
  • 's Drive to increase lead to a sharp decrease of the remaining memory, and intend to PSP2000 into PSP1000 to develop two versions, which will remove the CPS, CPS2, CPS3, NEOGEO drive to save memory.
  • Uo look at a simple version of the CPS3 drive, only part of the Ram will be occupied by about 10M memory, and PSP1000 users on the available memory space less than 20M. Transplant to do a little more difficult. Where feasible, CPS3 intended for a single version of the follow-up to the launch.
  • 1P-4P increase in the key mapping function switch.
  • Shows a pattern of increased non-zoom mode.
  • UO integrated version of the new drive
  • Change the frame-skipping method to increase the level and frame-skipping control the speed of the game <= 60FPS
  • Some of the key changes. Key features of the original R to adjust the L button. Return to the main menu changed to R + Select. Increase in the key auto fire mode (R button and hold down the corresponding button)
  • Dormancy amendment could not continue after the resumption of normal work of the Bug.
  • Reset function to achieve
  • The realization of Load / Save function of each of the 10 games archive (part of the game must be selected before the game began to read archive file, the reasons unknown. Do not intend to repair a)
    • Note: The archive function is not very stable, please wait into the game after a certain period of time to read files in order to increase the success rate. In case of unrecoverable error of 4 seconds by holding down the switch can be turned off.

PSP2000 without a test version.

CPS3

Cps3 is the one with the speed problems with the last release, so is this any faster, street fighter 3 was very slow not playable.

Another Arcade EMU...

That's poorly written and runs like crap. Unless you enjoy SF3 playing like a slideshow - without sound. For your CPS1/2 needs, don't look past NJ's effort. If you want SF3, get the commercial release. Whilst this is good in theory, it runs like crap and does the same thing as stuff that's already released - except no where near as good. Avoid.
