Like the newer neogeo games: memory. The graphics could be xored in advance like it's done in ngepsp but then it haves to fit in the available ram...

This is simple to use. just through the 2 1.5 folders. make a folder called roms. put your roms in and play. 1941 and street fighter 2 work pretty good. great alpha release. it will only get better

I hope they find a way to emulate CPS2, or just to emulate Marvel vs. Capcom or even better Marvel vs. Capcom 2, that's the arcade game I've been wanting to play on my PSP ever since Darkstalkers came out.

I agree, any of the vs series would be great on the PSP. Although I would not hold out much hope for MvsC2 as they have not even got that emulated on the PC yet.

A few games tested ....

I tested a few games and they worked at a very good speed and sound. Cadillacs and Dinosaurs- not working final fight -worked ghouls'n ghosts - worked Street Fighter 2 - world warrior - worked Mercs- worked but screen angle is not right. screen appears from left to right. got to turn your speed or your head to play. I DON'T KNOW IF SOMEONE ALREADY DISCOVERED THIS, BUT IF YOU PRESS -SELECT +START - DURING GAMEPLAY. IT BRINGS YOU BACK TO THE MAIN MENU.

This emulator is pretty awesome for an Alpha!

Speed is remarkable. Only gripe I have with this emu is the lack of configuration. I had to use the friggin' Triangle button to jump in Megaman: Power Battles! TRIANGLE BUTTON!!! But meh. This emu is made of win and awesome, and look really promising. Keep up the good work, NJ!

Ok So here is the deal. No this is not a PSP Virus. Who ever posted that is an idiot or works for sony. Choose your poison. Now as I was saying I hope this helps who ever downloaded this Homebrew. This package comes with a 1.0 and 1.5 ( user and Kernal Mode )Either way place the folder(s) in mso:/PSP/GAME .... mso = the root of ur PSP's HD. Once you copied the folders into the Game directory. Please make note that you must create a ROM folder within the folder that doesnt have a % sign. For 1.0 this does not apply. Once you Do that. Please go to the " "www.CoolRom.Com" website and go to the CPS1 Section on the right hand side and you can download all the parent roms for this emulator. Street Fighter works perfectly. =) not bad for the greatest selling game of all time. anyway. Now for those of you who are saying. "I Can't make my own settings" blah blah blah. Do a lil research. Mess around with ur PSP a lil. If you press "Start + Select" it will give you a menu, just like in NESTER or DGEN or SNESTYL. Speed Things Up

Hey All, If you find the Street Fighter 2 games a little slow press Start+Select to go to menu then change some settings, Turn off "Rasta Effects" and manually Set Frame Skip 1/2 SF2 Turbo/Hyper Fighting Runs Smoooooth. Also you can change the control config in this menu too and it saves the settings or each game automatically. have fun! Thanks for a great Emu, just the one I hae been waiting for :) Stevo.

I too was expecting slow frame rates, dodgy sound and choppy gameplay but was I surprised or what. For an alpha release the speed is simply amasing. I tried Street Fighter 2 and it is playable. Of course a little speed is needed but this is great allready. The Psp goes to show once again that it is the true portable emulation king!!

WOW!! I got SF2 Champion Edition Arcade game on my psp...running at 55-60 FPS (the auto frame skip is a beut!!) Like a poster above, turn off Raster effects in Game Options menu for better performance. I WILL post more FPS later, but for an early build this is truly amazing, this guy is a master. NJ if you need a 2nd PSP to develop some wifi into your neogeo emus, or this one I will donate a PSP for this cause. You are a God man, free psp just contact me please NJ.

50+fps on most games!!!

There are a few games with some menu lag, but the gameplay on over 30 tested games is solid 50+ frames per second. truly an amazing coder NJ is. Most at 60 fps with sound at 1100khz, but i try to bump em up to 2200.

Street Fighter II-Rainbow Edition!?!

If you have heard of it or never have, this is the weirdest old school Reincarnation of SF2. It was bootleg, but readily findable(very small mod). Many a local arcade had one of these tucked away inside a dark, shadowy corner munching up our quarters! Little pimple-faced SF jocks pumping in our lunch money!! This is as close as you are gonna get to arcade perfection of later gameplay. Capcom, or the dev team stole alot of ideas from this mod, take Ken's air hurricane, its movement is more like Super SF2 and on. Anyways just thought I'd remind old vets or newcomers alike this was an awesome, yet hardly ever mentioned classic. Oh and it does work on this emu, flawlessly 60 FPS. You will need SF Champion Edition for it to work I believe.

none of my streetfighter works.Everytime i try to load it it says.error:wrong cpu or somthing like that.It does not come up in red color so i know its the right rom and every other game works fine.can someone help me please. Thanks in advance
