Video proof for CFW 3.95 |
Ó
Okay, so what do we have here so far? For one, POPs (the PSOne emulator, for you newbies out there) no longer works with Fat, most probably because of the limitations in the hardware itself or the memory. In the meantime, Select button is now the key for the Recovery console, instead of the previous R-Trigger.
Remember, this is still in progress, though, and there still is no set date as to when this exciting nifty upgrade is coming out. But we have been told it's gonna be soon. So until then, we'll be sure to keep you posted on more news.

What the PSP can do now is best left that way. Any new features just suck ass. Oh yeah maybe some xvid/divx/avi support would be cool, though I don't give a ***** for the format. I am an mkv/h.264 dude.
Somebody tell me what I'm missing, I feel that my PSP's firmware is complete and nothing needs to be added...

No, it's most likely because they couldn't figure out what needed to be patched in 3.95 and how to do it properly.
The fat and slim PSPs have different POPS patches in M33, and since we see a slim PSP in this video, I'd bet they did most of their testing on a slim.

sure you free up NAND space but the memory issue still remains.
what youve said is like saying if a game requires 512MB of RAM and you only have 256MB, all you have to do is delete 256MB off your hard drive when they're clearly talking about system RAM and not hard drive or firmware storage RAM.
